Spaghetti ´ad archetto´ is the pasta that best represents Italy. Long, sinuous and round in section. They slid into their mouths almost animated by their own life. We chose a thickness of 7 and a desired roughness that enhances the craftsmanship.
Our production process
To ennoble the quality of our ´raw materials´ Il Pastificio dei Profeti relies on preparation methods that are based on the ancient pasta-making tradition: the pasta mix is soft but elastic, it is bronze-drawn and then dried slowly at a low temperature.

We founded "il Pastificio dei Profeti" in Sardinia at the foot of Giara a Marmilla oasis in the heart of the Mediterranean. Our artisanal pasta is carefully chosen from organic durum wheat semolina of the highest quality, and made according to the principles of fair trade and respect for the environment.
